Load Upgrades

Load upgrade projects increase the structural capacity of existing buildings and infrastructure to safely support new equipment, heavier loads, or changes in occupancy and use. These projects may include carbon fiber reinforcement, steel strengthening, concrete rehabilitation, and foundation modifications to meet updated engineering requirements while extending the service life of the structure.
